Collaboratorium is a community-powered creative co-laboratory where artists, technologists, storytellers, facilitators, designers, researchers, and dreamers come together to co-create an immersive peace experience at Fuji Sanctuary in Japan with online participants from around the world.

The first step is simply to attend one of our 90-minute Orientation sessions, where you'll meet the team, learn about the project, and decide whether you'd like to participate.

This short form helps us prepare the Orientation and understand who is joining us. There is no commitment to participate in the Collaboratorium by completing this form.

This form is bilingual (English 🇬🇧 / Japanese 🇯🇵 日本語). Please complete it in your preferred language.
